Payment Terms and Conditions
1. Deposit/Fee
1.1 The deposit/fee is clearly outlined on the QSD website for the specific Services provided (e.g. Food Safety & Hygiene Training).
Or
1.1.1 The deposit/fee is a part-payment and was agreed with QSD prior this payment. The price may be agreed in writing (e.g. quotation) by QSD and the Customer.
1.2 Where QSD has quoted a price for the Services this will be valid for 30 (Thirty) days only or such lesser time as QSD may have specified.
2. Refunds
2.2 The deposit/fee will be refunded until 7 days prior Delivery Date (or Commencement Date, as appropriate) should there be any circumstances avoiding the Customer from attending the Services. Thereafter, no refunds will be made.
3. Payment
3.1 Full payment shall take place after completion of the Services provided. QSD shall invoice the Customer. The Customer, if not otherwise agreed, shall pay the full invoice within 7 days of the invoice date.
4. Non-Delivery of Services
4.1 If QSD fails to provide the Services on the Delivery Date (or Commencement Date, as appropriate) a full refund of the entire deposit/fee will be made to the Customer.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 QSD shall keep all information confidential.
